These terms cover use of this website and the valuation service. They don't replace the sale agreement, which is issued separately when you sell us a car.
About us
This site is operated by Auto Trade Spot Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16214955, trading as We Buy Desirable Cars.
Valuations are guide figures
Any figure shown online or sent by message is a guide, based on the registration, mileage and condition information provided. It is not a contractual offer.
A binding offer is made only in writing after we have inspected the vehicle. The final purchase figure depends on the car matching the description and any further information or inspection agreed with you. Where it differs materially — undisclosed damage, missing history, a mileage discrepancy, outstanding finance not declared — we may revise or withdraw the offer.
Your responsibilities
- You must be the legal owner or otherwise entitled to sell the vehicle
- Information you give us must be accurate and complete, including known faults and any outstanding finance
- You must provide the V5C, valid photo ID and proof of address on collection
- Payment is made to an account in the name of the registered keeper
Cancellation
You can withdraw at any point before the vehicle is collected and payment is released, at no cost. We may also decline to proceed at any point before collection.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
